Carolyn Horten. Carolyn took her passion for parties and
decorating and turned it into a business where she loves to come to
work every day. CHS Creative productions is a family owned
business that is fully licensed and insured and maintains a team of
35 employees. CHS Creative Productions has continued to
expand based on the excellent service and quality of work that is
produced by the creative minds at CHS Creative Productions.
